Since the last thread was deleted before i could get tips from leeyun, here's startin ANOTHER ONE....

hohoho...

oh ya, today i read, i only knew this afternoon about the difference btw full cream milk, low fat milk and skim milk.

skim milk have 0.000000?% of fat in them
low fat milk like Marigold HL Milk have 3.0 of fat
hmm... not sure about full-cream.

so, i'll be hunting for low fat, or skim next time.... ^_^

Just as yonghao said, look for some healthy diet tips and do some exercise... LOL... Wink

Now only you know?

Full cream means 100% fat ler.

I personally always take full cream milk. They have a richer taste and are usually cheaper.

But then, that was until I came here. I may need to consider opting for the low fat ones soon...

you know, that day, a group of children came to my house for children activities, and then, there was this little girl... *blushing*.. came up to me and yelled :"shu xin jie3 jie2, YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL in that pink hairband!"

which made me look away...

ooooh, how innocent and truthful kids are...

so unlike our boys, ah sam, junwei, dexin, xiaohei, yonghao and yingtaat.... Razz

Hehe... actually I dun ke4 yi4 get slimmer woh.... 'Coz I dun want 2 hurt my body.. but I hv promise 2 myself must get slimmer b4 going 2 Tw... but I think it's hard... rite?

of course they know since they are drinking the milk which has DHA, A+, etc.

anyway, somehow i think that the children sometime did give some very honest opinion, unlike the adults, always guai3wan1mo4jiao3...........

ya, i've learned to have a better control over my temper...

and yifeng DID give me important tips on slimming. he adviced me to do aerobics. so, there's nothing to quarrel about btw us ^_^

and yep, i now readily admit i'm ugly. like yonghao said. and dexin. and sam. and xiaohei. and yingtaat. and kaixuan. and ...well... almost the whole class. Girls are really sensitive, so they would be the good guy and not tell me the so called 'truth'.....dun wan to hurt my feelings, girls are the same... right?

but dexin always says yunjie will like him for their honesty, so he'll say the truth, nothing but the truth in front of me.

^_^ what could i say?
